Custom order prices begin at $50 per dozen. This includes 3-4 colors and 3-4 designs (per dozen) of moderate complexity. The price can increase if you need more designs, handpainting or airbushing, complex character work, or intricate florals.

Once you submit your order form, I will respond within 48 hours. If I have availability and can complete your order, I’ll reach out via email to get any additional information I may need so that I can send you an invoice. There is a 1 dozen minimum for custom orders.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup.

For seasonal presale orders, payment in full is due at time of ordering.

Orders are pick-up only in Colorado Springs. Pickup times are scheduled when ordering. Not showing up at the agreed-upon pick-up time forfeits your order. A 30-minute grace period will be given.

Need to reschedule the time? Please reach out as soon as possible. Note that it may not be possible to change your pick up date but I do my best to accommodate.

Once your order has been picked up, what happens to your cookies is all on you! Handle with care - dropping or mishandling may result in breakage! -and keep them at room temperature. Refer to freezing instructions if they need to be frozen.

Cookies contain common allergens such as wheat, egg, dairy, and corn. They may contain allergens such as soy and nuts. I cannot accommodate allergen-free orders of any kind.

In the event of inclement weather, your order will remain safe, and then frozen for a later pick up time if necessary. Unfortunately, refunds can not be offered due to weather.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please return any uneaten cookies within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

I welcome any inspiration photos you may have, but note that I cannot create carbon copies of other artists’ works. Art can be subjective, so please be very clear if there are any design elements that are important to you.

Design changes can be made until 14 days prior to pickup. After that, all change requests will be under consideration. Keep in mind that your price quote was given based upon the original design, so changes may increase the cost of your order.

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.
